This first edition of the European Hospital Procurement Barometer is an initiative of Resah (https://resah.fr/), a French public Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) whose objective is to support the mutualization and professionalization of procurement in the healthcare sector, for public and private non-profit healthcare organizations, so they can improve their own performance. It has received the support of the European Heath Public Procurement Alliance (EHPPA - http://www.ehppa.com/), which brings together public and private not-for-profit GPOs in the healthcare sector, from more than 10 different European countries.

The aim of this new annual survey is to provide an overview of the European hospital procurement sector, in order to know more about the evolutions and new trends, with the aim of drawing up its future perspectives.

The questionnaire has been designed to be very short. The time needed to complete it is no more than 10 minutes. Answers will be processed in an aggregated and anonymous manner.

The consolidated analysis and conclusions of this first barometer will be presented during the 11th edition of the Journées de l’Achat Hospitalier, organised by Resah, and which will be held in Paris on the 8th and 9th December 2022 (https://journees-achat-hospitalier.com/). All the organizations that have participated will receive the results of the survey.
